Clearfield Progress, Pa., Wednesday, March 22, 1950 - Coalport - Clayton George Wallace, a resident of this place, died at his home Monday night, March 20, following an extended illness. He was 50. Born December 22, 1899, at Utahville, R. D. He is survived by his widow, Retta ( Beers ) Wallace, and two daughters, Mrs. Emma Jean Zedek, Cherry Tree., and Sandra K., at home., and one grandson, Johnny Zedek, also surviving are the following brothers, and sisters,: Mrs. Albert Welker, Coalport., Irvin, Raymond, and Earl, Utahville, R.D., Mrs. Ella Sibert, Westover., and Mrs. Gurney Eagler, of Spangler., Funeral services will be conducted from the First Methodist Church, here, on Thursday at 2 p.m. in charge of Rev. Clarke Redmond. Interment will follow in the Snyder Cemetery. Friends may call at the home, from now until time of services.
