Otis Mutter, 51, of Pine Creek, Va. died Wednesday afternoon of a heart attack. He was found Thursday about 200 yards above his home by members of the Lebanon and Honaker Rescue Squads.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Carlie Richardson Mutter; mother, Mrs. Gertie Mutter, Pine Creek, and one sister, Mrs. Mandy Sisk of Raven, Va.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday in the Pine Creek Holiness Church with Rev. Ancil Childress, Rev. Carl Robinson and Rev. Jessee Miller officiating.
Burial was in the Mutter Family Cemetery, Pine Creek.
