Mrs. Quilla Bearden 65, was held at the Webb-City Baptist church Monday, and buried in Morgan Hill Cemetery. Born Cecil, Nov 26, 1893, Mrs. Bearden was the former Miss Eliza May Newt, . She was a member of the Webb City, Baptist church. Survivors include two sons, Ovillo of Ozark and Olin of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Bill Tiffin of Webb City, and Beatrice of the home; one brother Arthur Newt of Cecil, and three grandchildren. Mrs. Bearden died at the Turner Hospital Sunday, shortly after admission. She had been ill for some time. from a heart ailment . Burial was beside her husband , who died 12 May 1957
