Oscar Lewellen Cook, the little son of Mr. & Mrs. Bert C. Cook, died at his home in the east part of town at 3:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon, his death following an illness of several weeks of acute Bright's disease.
Little Oscar was the only child of Mr. & Mrs. Cook, and was three years, one month, and 29 days old. He had not been in good health for several months but had been confined to his bed only about four weeks.
Funeral services were conducted at the home Thursday afternoon, after which the little body was laid to rest in the Lower (Brunswick City Cemetery) cemetery.
The heartbroken parents have the sincere sympathy of all in there bereavement.
