1-Car Mishap Kills Woman from Oroville
Mrs. Troy Earlene Rowe, 44, 1039 Nevada Ave., was killed at about 11p.m. yesterday in a traffic accident on U.S. 99E, one half mile north of Roseville, Placer County. Highway patrolmen said Mrs. Rowe was alone and northbound when her car went out of control, crossed the roadway and struck a tree. Among survivors is her husband, Troy of Oroville. Funeral services are pending in Scheer Memorial Chapel.
