Rachel was a student at IUN in the Dental Assistant Program. She was a member of the American Legion Post 100 Ladies Auxiliary in Lake Station, IN. Rachel was preceded in death by her son, Angel, in 1999. She is survived by her mother, Kaleen (Dana) Follow of Portage, IN; brothers: Justin Follow of Portage and Jason Follow (Marine Corps) of Virginia Beach, VA; father, James (Jill) Underwood of Georgia; brother, Logan Bleckley of Georgia; sisters: Christina Underwood of Portage, Ivy Mince of Cedar Lake, Lena Bleckley (Air Force) of Kuwait and Ada Bleckley of Georgia. She is also survived by her grandparents: Eugene and Doris Curtis of Lake Station, IN; aunts and uncles: Karen Curtis of Lake Station, Mike (Lorrie) Curtis of Nipomo, CA, Marshall (Patty) Curtis of Hobart and Kimberly (Scott) Gubricky of Hobart; and cousins: Amanda (Scott) Cunningham, Monica (Michael) Hackett, Chad Curtis, Jennifer (Eric) Stafford, Bill (Becky) Holzman, Kaylee Gubricky and Zachary Gubricky.
