Helen E Himmelreich, a former elementary teacher in the Reading School district, died Saturday at 12:55pm in the Highlands at Wyomissing, where she had resided for 10 years.
Helen,formerly of Sinking Spring, taught for 31 years, in kindergarten through thirs grade, retiring in 1960.
Her husband Harry L Himmelreich died March 6 1987.
Born in Reading she was the daughter of the late Malcolm and Elizabeth ( Deibert) Elliot.
She was a 1928 graduate of West Chester State Teacher's College, now West Chester University, receiving a bachelor's degree in elementary education.
Surviving are two cousins, Margaret, widow of Charles N Greiner, Shillington, and Mary widow of William B Ahrens, Coatsville, Chester County.
Services will be private in the Henninger Funeral Home
