Bring Body of Mrs. Ethel Shumaker Here From Green Bay
The body of Mrs. Ethel Shumaker, adopted daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Grant Minnis of Kenosha, who died at St. Vincent's hospital in Green Bay Friday, was brought to Kenosha and removed to the Hansen funeral home. Services will be held there Tuesday at 1 o'clock, and burial will be in Liberty Corners cemetery at Salem.
The deceased, widely known in Salem and Kenosha, spent most of her life in this county. She was graduated from Kenosha High school in 1920, and on Mar. 3, 1928 was united in marriage with Glen Shumaker.
She is survived by her husband and three children: Eilene, Edward and Donna Mae. One daughter, Roberta, preceded her in death Dec. 13, 1930. She is also survived by her foster-parents Mr. and Mrs. Grant Minnis, her father and stepmother, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Getschman, one sister, Mrs. George Webb, four half brothers: Chester, Walter, Arthur and Lester Getschman and her grandmother, Mrs. A. M. Barber, all of Kenosha.
