HULL, Ga. - Mary Helen Maynard Addy, 94, a homemaker, died of heart failure Wednesday at her home.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Webb Funeral Home in Newton, Miss., with burial in Newton Masonic Cemetery. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mrs. Addy was a Newton County, Miss., native. She was a member of Newton Presbyterian Church in Newton.
She was known as 'Nellie' to her family and friends," said her daughter, Jacquelyn Benner of Hull. "She was a talented natural artist and a great lover of God's beautiful Earth and a beloved mother."
She was the widow of Ernest L. Addy.
Other survivors include one grandchild and four great-grandchildren.
