Services Held For Lorene G. Keeton
Memorial services for Lorene Geneva Keeton, 58, were held Saturday, Nov. 30, at 1:30 p.m. in the Ava United Methodist Church with Rev. Phil Appling and Rev. Lowell McCullough officiating.
Lorene was born March 7, 1927 to Edgar and Leona Sanders Levan. She was united in marriage to Clarence R. Keeton, April 11, 1946. She was a housewife and mother, having lived near Ava all her life.
Survivors include her husband, Clarence of the home; one daughter, Geneva McCullough, Ava, two granddaughters, Genet Ellen and Genessa Elizabeth of Ava, her mother, Leona Levan, Ava; four brothers, Albert Levan, Bettendorf, Iowa, Raymond Levan, state of Montana, Melvin Levan and Arthur Levan, both of Ava; five sisters, Arlena Suskey, Abilene, Kan., Arletta Dewhirst, Farmington, Mo., Irene Gulliver, Phoenix, Ariz., Reba Howe, Prescott, Ariz., and Joann Kipsey, Campbell, Mo.
Burial was in Ava Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home Ozark.
