HUSBAND FOLLOWS WIFE TO ETERNAL HOME

John W. Redman whose wife expired nine days ago, dies Wednesday night--funeral Saturday

John W. Redman, 76, a citizen of Gettysburg, whose wife, Mrs. Suzanne Redman, passed away last Tuesday, died Wednesday night at 9 o'clock at the Memorial hospital in Piqua, where he had been confined for some time. A complication of diseases caused his death.

Four children, 18 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Susan Hapner, of Lewisburg, and a half brother, Henry Smalley, of Ft. McKinley, survive his passing.

The children are Chas. E. Redman, of Greenville, R. D., Harry [sic] Redman, of Dayton, Mrs. Cora Netzley, St. Louis, Mo., and Mrs. Lura North, of Laura, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:30 at the Painter Creek church. Burial in the Gettysburg cemetery.
