HENRY REED Eastland-Funeral for Mrs. Henry Reed, 79, will be at 2:30 p.m. today in Long Branch Baptist Church with Tommy Burress of Southwest Park Baptist Church in Abilene officiating. Mrs. Reed died Wednesday in Eastland Memorial Hospital. Born Sept. 28, 1891 in Eastland, she had lived in Abilene for the past year. She was formerly of Rising Star. Mr. Reed died in 1950. Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Melba Ruth Carter of Abilene; four sisters, Mrs. Rosette Darby of Childress, Mrs. W. R. Laird, Mrs. G. H. Lanier and Mrs. L. M. Cawley, all of Abilene; a brother, Mike Morgan of Carbon; four grandchildren.
