She was born in Equality on April 10, 1924, to the late John and Blanche Allen Dennison. She was married to Mr. Oxford on May 8, 1956, in Chicago. Mrs. Oxford was a member of Harrisburg Church of God. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Watson Funeral Home in Eldorado, where friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday.
