A private family service for Marvin Glenn Rowe, 76, of Oroville, will be held at a later date. Mr. Rowe died Monday March 13, 1989, at Oroville Hospital of natural causes. He was born in Splitlog, M., on July 14, 1911. He worked as a taxi cab driver. A former residence of Rio Linda, Mr. Rowe had resided in Oroville for three months. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He is survived: one son. Chip Rowe; and two brothers, Troy Rowe of Oroville and Roy Rowe of Shelbyville, Texas. Services are under the direction of Oroville funeral Home.
