MILAN-Susan Graf Acree, 89, retired bookkeeper for Boswell Oil Company, died December 15 at Gibson General Hospital. Services were December 18 at First United Methodist Church with burial in Oakwood Cemetery. Bodkin Funeral Home had charge. She became a member of the First United Methodist Church, Milan, on February 1, 1948, a choir member for 58 years, former Sunday school teacher, member of the Wesley Circle & Wesley Sunday school class, volunteer for the Mustard Seed, member of the Milan Music Club and a member of the Graball Community Club. Ms. Acree, the widow of Robert Brown Acree, leaves a son, Jim Acree and wife Dola of Dyer; a daughter, Barbara Sue Larese and husband Chuck of Atlanta, GA; five grandchildren, Susan Campbell and husband Michael, Beth Robison and husband John, David Acree and wife Leslie, Christy Larese and Jonathan Larese and wife Sarah and six great-grandchildren. Memorials may be directed to the Gideons International.
