Sgt. Charles Lee Dougherty, age 27, of Clarksville, Tennessee, passed away at the Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.

He is the son of Bob Dougherty of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, and Mary Willoughby Dougherty of Sharpsburg, Kentucky.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Crystal Black Dougherty, and three daughters, Victoria Renee Curtis, Ashley Kaytland Curtis, and Destiny Storm Dougherty all of Clarksville, Tennessee.

Other survivors include three brothers, Robert Dougherty of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, John Dougherty of Owingsville, Kentucky, and Darrell Dougherty of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, and two sisters, Stephanie May and Regina Dougherty both of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky.

Sgt. Dougherty was an eight year U. S. Army veteran. He enjoyed hunting and collecting guns.

Full military rites conducted by the U. S. Army Honor Guard.

Pallbearers will be the U. S. Army Honor Guard.
