She was preceded in death by her Parents, Thomas and Bertie Walker Adcock; Brothers, Thanuel, Clemon and Truman Adcock; Sister, Ruby Adcock. Miss Adcock is survived by her Nieces, Geneva Knowles and Thelma Adcock both of Smithville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
