THOMAS W. HASLETT, 78, of Memphis, retired from Memphis Light, Gas & Water Division, died Wednesday at Methodist Healthcare University Hospital. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Church of the Blessed Sacrament, where he was a communicant, with burial in Calvary. Forest Hill Funeral Home Midtown has charge. Mr. Haslett, the husband of Joan Crawford Haslett, also leaves four daughters, Phyllis Strain of Spotsylvania, Va., Janet Ramsey of Bolivar, Mo., Adrain Austill of Muncie, Ind., and Elaine Dykes of D'lberville, Miss.; two sons, Stephen Haslett of Spanaway, Wash., and Kevin Haslett of Bolivar; two sisters, Anna Zannelli of Kansas City, Mo., and Marie Quadro of Memphis, 17 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
