She lived in the Battle Ground and Ridgefield, WA areas 35 years, Clackamas and Portland, OR areas about four years during the late 70's, and in Texas many years.
She worked as an assembly person for a furnishings company and was a member of the LDS Church. She enjoyed crocheting, dogs, cats and taking care of strays, reading romance novels, watching Days of Our Lives and movies.
Arlene was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Dyer, in 1975 and an infant daughter, Monica Schiffman.
She is survived by sons, Cliff Dyer, Steve Schiffman and Howard Dyer, all of Temple, TX; daughter, Mildred Keller of Portland, OR; sister, Dorothy Snyder of Las Vegas, NV; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside Services will take place Sat., September 2, 2006 at 2:00pm at Lewisville Cemetery, Battle Ground.
