Graveside services for Jonnie L. Paxton, 84, of Wichita Falls, formerly of Abernathy, will be at 1 p.m. today in Abernathy Cemetery with Steve Gauntt officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Abell Funeral Home of Abernathy.
She died Thursday, Dec. 19, 2002.
She was born Nov. 1, 1918, in Hollis, Okla. She married J.D. Farrier in 1939 in New Deal. He died in 1965. She married Stanley Paxton in 1983, and he died Aug. 9, 1997.
She moved to from Wichita Falls to Abernathy in 1965 and returned to Wichita Falls in 1998. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include a son, Marshall Ray Farrier of Wichita Falls; a sister, Sarah Graham of Abernathy; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
