Olive Jean Tanzey, also known as Johnnie (as her father nicknamed her). Passed away peacefully of natural causes on Thursday, February 5, 2009 at the Barnsdall Nursing Home. She was born March 18, 1919 at Pawhuska, Oklahoma.

Johnnie is preceded by 8 siblings, survived by her sister Jeannie Christie and brothers James and Dee Sumter; her son and daughter-in-law Charles and Ruth Wheeler; her stepson Kermit Tanzey; four granddaughters; Elizabeth Mann, Tina Crume, Kathleen Smart and Ruth Ann Wheeler; three grand sons-in-law: Kevin Mann, Rick Crume, and Wade Smart; seven great Grandchildren and one, great-great-granddaughter.

Johnnie was a vivacious woman who brought warmth and light to anywhere she went. As a devout Christian woman she read God's word faithfully and shared God's Truth with everyone she met.
