Ida C. Harmening is the daughter of Gottlieb Harmening and Caroline S. Harmening (nee Miller). They were both born in Germany.

AUGENSTEIN--On Saturday, Dec. 28, Ida Harmening Augenstein of Brownsville Rd., wife of the late Jacob Augenstein; mother of Alma Kalpes (sic: Kwapiszewski) and Mrs. Emma Peachini (sic: Piccinini); also four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Friends received beginning at noon Sun. at the John H. Slater Sons Whitehall Funeral Home, 4201 Brownsville Rd., Brentwood. Funeral Tuesday at the Zion Lutheran Church at 1:30 o`clock.
