Mrs. Artelia A. Lowe of Monroe died Sept. 26, 1995 at the Walton Medical Center. She was 92.
A native and lifelong resident of Walton County, she was the daughter of the late William and Ossie Malcom Almand. The widow of the Rev. J.R. Lowe, she assisted her late husband in his pastoral duties throughout Northeast Georgia and Western South Carolina as pianist. She was a member of the Monroe Church of God.
Funeral services were held Sept. 28 in the Monroe Church of God.
