Dave Warren Hickman, 51, of Raymore, Mo., passed on Monday, Feb. 2, 2009. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Feb. 6, at Cullen Funeral Home, 612 W. Foxwood Dr., Raymore MO 64083. Burial in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, 7000 Blue Ridge Blvd., Raytown MO 64133. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 5, at the Cullen Funeral Home chapel. Dave was an outgoing, adventurous entrepreneur whose interests included bowling, fishing, dancing and history. He loved the outdoors and had a passion for growing things. He leaves behind many close friends and was well known for being outspoken and passionate about issues close to his heart. Dave was very family oriented and would always put the needs of his family first. His loss is felt by many and he will be remembered for his warmth and kindness. Dave was the founder and operator of Quality Coffee Service since 1984. He served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps, was a lifetime member of the NRA and was an Eagle Scout with Troop 277. He leaves behind his wife, Patricia Kay Hickman, his son, Dave Warren Hickman II (28), two daughters, Amy Dee Ann Hickman (26) and Katie Elizabeth Hickman (16), and four grandchildren.
