Herman G. Fuhrman, age 75, Bowler, died June 20, 1962 at his summer home in Pickerel.
He was born March 12, 1887 in Tigerton, the son of the late Gustave and Bertha (Wetzel) Fuhrmann.
On September 21, 1915 Herman was united in marriage to Theresa Strelow. She survives.
In addition to his wife, survivors include 3 daughters, Esther (Arlye) Long, Alice (James) Jolin and Edna (David) Austin; 1 son, George Fuhrman; 16 grandchildren; 4 brothers, Paul, William, Henry and Arthur; and 4 sisters, Mary Diech, Mrs. Henry Linke, Mrs. Albert Spiegel and Louisa Kolpack.
In addition to his parents, Herman was preceded in death by a son, Arnold.
Funeral services were held July 3, 1962 at Peace Lutheran Church, Tilleda. The Rev. H. Bentz officiated. Interment was in Union Cemetery, Tigerton.
