Graham Shaw
Graham Shaw was born on Nov. 11, 1903, at Pilot Mountain, North Carolina, and passed away at 2 p.m. at the Columbus hospital, Great Falls, Mont., at the age of 36 years, 8 months and 20 days. After leaving North Carolina his early life was spent in the state of Washington and in Montana. He spent much of his time at the George Lippert home at Carter, Mont.
On Sept. 3, 1939, Graham was united in marriage to Mildred M. Fish, of Great Falls, Mont. To this union came a little daughter, July 11, 1940.
Graham is survived by his wife, Mildred Shaw and daughter, Judith Ann, of Fort Benton; four brothers, Edgar Shaw, of Chula, Virginia, Aldy Shaw, of Blaine, Wash., McKinley Shaw, of Carter, and Gaston Shaw, of Martinsville, Va.; and seven sisters, Mrs. Ella Bingman, of Blaine, Wash.; Mrs. George Lippert, of Carter, Mrs. Irvin Hunter, of Neilburg, Canada, Mrs. Hastings Smith, Mt. Airy, N. C., Mrs. Floyd Laubach, of Carter, and Mrs. Jack Jennings, of Chula, Va.
Funeral services were held in this city on Saturday afternoon at the Methodist church and were attended by a large number of friends. The relatives have the sympathy of all in their hour of sorrow.
