Troy Raymond Sisco, age 87, of Murfreesboro died Tuesday. A native of Lincoln County, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Lila Jayhugh and Mamie Jones Sisco. Graveside services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Evergreen Cemetery, with Phil Randolph officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Edith Rush Sisco; daughter Susan Johnson of Murfreesboro; son Troy Randall "Randy" Sisco (Connie) of Columbia, TN; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Mr. Sisco was a World War II veteran and he helped build Fort Campbell. He was a retired agent for Home Beneficial Life Insurance Company for 34 years. Visitation will be Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. www.woodfinchapel.com. 615-893-5151.
