John Glenn Kimbrell, 55, a native of Houma, died Thursday, Jan. 29, 2009.
Graveside service was held today at Greenwood Cemetery in Pineville.
He is survived by his wife, Rhonda Pellegrin Kimbrell; one son, Glenn Michael Kimbrell of Houma; two daughters, Linda Lynnette Kimbrell LeBlanc of Jefferson and Kassi Lynn Kimbrell Davis of Houma; two brothers, Donald Kimbrell of Houma and Carl Kimbrell of Alexandria; three sisters, Lynnette Good of Tyler, Texas, Roxanne Cornett of Topsy and Tina K. Bethany of Alexandria; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Preston and Agnes Eunice Rachel Kimbrell; and two sisters, Lena and Sharon McCarty.
Rush Funeral Home of Pineville is in charge of arrangements.
