Clayton Delroy "Del" Totman, 76, of Chanute, Kansas, passed away Monday, February 2, 2009 at the Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas.
Del was born in Arcadia, Kansas on April 1, 1932, the son of William and Mary (Nasworthy) Totman.
He served his country in the United States Navy during the Korean War.
Del was united in marriage to Darlean G. Shultz on May 21, 1991 in Chanute, Kansas. She survives.
He was a machinist for Churchill.
He is survived by his wife Darlean of Chanute, KS; two daughters, Kelli Hanson of Payson, UT, and Kimberly Williams of Burlington, IA; one special son-in-law, "Motor" Guy Williams; two sons, Dennis Totman of Arcadia, KS, and Jeff Totman of Osage, KS; twelve grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers and five sisters.
Cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at a later date.
Memorials in his name may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society and may be left with the funeral home.
