Mary Moore Flynn Schulmeyer 82, passed away quietly surrounded by family on February 1, 2009. She was born 1 of 13 children on November 22, 1926 in French Lick, Indiana. She graduated from Shoals High School in 1943. After coming to Indianapolis, Mary worked 10 years for the Washington Township School District followed by a 27 year career at the Defense Finance Center at Ft. Benjamin Harrison, retiring in 1991. She is survived by one sister, Betty Tomlinson of French Lick, Indiana; her children: Fred (Vicki) Flynn of Indianapolis, Harry Flynn of Indianapolis and Sue (Rick) Oprisu of Carmel, Indiana. She also is survived by five grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and 4 step-great grandchildren, and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
