Charles E. Gooch 64, of Kiowa died Feb. 24 in an automobile accident. Graveside services and burial were Feb. 27 in Fort Logan National Cemetery. Mr. Gooch, a native of Charlottesville, Va., formerly lived in Elizabeth. He was a retired heavy-equipment operator and served in the Navy, Marine Corps and Air Force.
