LONNIE F. DURHAM DIES AT MEBANE
Lonnie F. Durham, 73, died at his home, Mebane, Route 2, this morning at 6:40 o'clock following an illness of two years, with six weeks critical illness.
Mr. Durham was a prominent farmer in the community and had been a class leader in the Salem M.P. church for the past 40 years.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Mollie Durham and one son, Carl T. Durham, both of the home place.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the Salem M.P. church by Rev. T.J. Wittenhead, the pastor, assisted by Rev. H.L. Isley, and Rev. George ???. Burial will follow in the church cemetery by Rich & Thompson Funeral service.
