BATT—In this city, July 12, 1917, Gertrude (nee Roehner), wife of the late Joseph G. Batt; beloved mother of Edward J., Joseph S., Louis F., Charles A., Mrs. John C. Schwagler, Mrs. Frank A. Schwagler, Mrs. Christ Weinholtz, Mrs. Edward Zimmerman and the late Alphons Batt and Mrs. Frank Horner, aged 76 years 9 months and 24 days. Funeral from family residence. No. 302 Pratt Street, Monday morning at 8:30 o'clock, and from St. Mary's church at 9 o'clock. Friends are invited to attend. Deceased was a member of the Archconfraternity of the Holy Family and the Third Order of St. Francis.
