Beulah C. Buddle, 90, of 1213 6th Ave., Juniata, died Wednesday, Nov. 30, 1988, at her home, following an extended illness. Mrs. Buddle retired as a clerk from the William F. Gable Co. in 1968. She was born Dec. 31, 1897, in Van Ormer, the daughter of E. Jesse and June (Stiffler) Coy, and June 4, 1917, married George P. Buddle, who died Dec. 31, 1951. Surviving are two daughters: Ardean B. Ross of Trafford and Phyllis B. Wright of Juniata; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Also surviving are four sisters: Mrs. Chilcote and Verna Troxell, Altoona, Hazel Whittaker of Duncasville and Genevieve Kleinmyer of Fallentimber. Mrs. Buddle was a member of the John's Lutheran Church, Juniata, where she previously taught the Ladies Bible class for many years and was a member of the Ladies Friendship class. She was also a member of the Delphi chapter, Order of the Eastern Star, White Shrine of Jerusalem and AARP. Mrs. Buddle was a graduate of the Reade Township High School. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at the Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Juniata.
BUDDLE – Services for Beulah C. Buddle of 1213 6th Ave., Juniata will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home Inc., Juniata, by the Rev. Larry E. Ross. Interment at Alto-Reste Park. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
