Married Blanche Marie Sparks on June 12, 1921 and they were the parents of William J. Fiesbeck, Margaret Fiesbeck, Dean Edwin Fiesbeck, Don Edward Fiesbeck, Clarence John Fiesbeck Jr., and Etta Faye (Fiesbeck) Hudson.

Clarence J. Fiesbeck, 88, of 7110 E. Road 50N, died at 2:55 a.m. today at Bartholomew County Hospital. He had been in failing health a lengthy period of time.

He was a retired farmer.

Funeral service will be conducted by the Rev. Eldon L. Brandt at 10 a.m. Friday at Hathaway-Myers Funeral Chapel. Calling hours will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. Friday until service time. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the donor's choice of charities.

Fiesbeck was born July 19, 1896, in Bartholomew County, the son of William and Elizabeth Koester Fiesbeck. He married Blanche M. Sparks June 12, 1921, and she died May 31, 1956. He was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church.

Survivors include four sons, William J. Fiesbeck of 5270 N. Road 1000E, Hope, Dean E. Fiesbeck of East Troy, Wis., Don E. Fiesbeck of 10144 E. Road 400N, Hope, and Clarence A. "Shorty" Fiesbeck of 7110 E. Road 50N; one daughter, Etta Faye Hudson of 10891 E. Ind. 7; one brother, Albert J. Fiesbeck of 14110 N. U.S. 31, Edinburgh; 19 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
