Alfred Jordan Anderson, 64, of Bolivia, died at Southport at 11:40 am. Monday following a short illness.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the Southport Methodist church, with rev. R.S. Harrison and Rev. A.L. Brown charge. Burial was made in old Southport cemetery.

Mr. Anderson is survived by three daughters, Mrs J.M. Lewis and Viola Anderson, Bolivia , and Susie Mae Anderson, Philadeiphia, Pa.; one son, William Anderson, Kure's Beach; and four grandchildren.
