Francis S. Little, age 28, of Augusta, Kansas, passed away July 15, 1924. He is survived by his widow, Edith, and his mother and father of Maize, Kansas, also two brothers and four sisters.

He was manager of the Dunn Grocery Store for the past 18 months. After his marriage to the former Miss Edith Rachel Hunter, they moved to Monte Vista, Colorado where he worked in Dr. Neizner's Drug Store. Later he returned to Wichita where he worked for Mr. Frank Dunn's Grocery Store. Soon he was made manager of the Dunn's Grocery Store in Augusta, Kansas. Most of his life was spent in and around Maize, Kansas.

Mr. Dunn said we have lost a good citizen and a good store manager. I have known Francis all his life and he never had a dishonest thought in his life time. He will be greatly missed by his friends and relatives.

Others survivors include two brothers, Robert Little, Maize, Kansas and Will Little, Beloit, Kansas, and four sisters, Mrs. Bessie Nickelson, Maize, Kansas, Mrs. Mattie Renner, Wichita, Kansas, Mrs. Susan Miller, Liberal, Kansas, and Mrs. Priscilla Locke, California. Burial will be in the Wichita Cemetery, Wichita.
