On his death certificate it states that he was born April 26, 1818, which of course, is incorrect. It does state his age as 35 y. 8 m. 1 d. Using a genealogy calculator based on that exact age his birthdate would be April 26, 1883. On the stone his birthdate is June 6, 1883. Unsure which is correct.
He died of Spanish influenza.
