These records show John's parents were William & Mary Calhoun of Belmont Co., Ohio. Elizabeth Middleton's parents were Jehu & Mary Middleton.
John Calhoun & 2ND WIFE HANNAH (MOCK) (GAFF) CALHOUN moved to Warren County, Ohio approximately 1830. Later they moved to Montgomery Co., Ohio. About 1857 John & Hannah moved to Macon County, Illinois where John died in 1866 & is buried in Decatur, Macon Co., IL. Wife Hannah died 1891 & is buried in Bloomington, IL., McLean Co.
