Andrew John Lockaby, 83, of 11 Bailess Court, died Monday, Feb. 4, 2002.
Born in Anderson County, he was the son of the late Columbus B."Byrd" and Eula Mae Jones Lockaby, and husband of Gladys Merritt Lockaby. He was retired as Warden of Donaldson Prison Camp, served in the U.S. Army, World War II, and was a member of Airport Baptist Church.
Memorials: Airport Baptist Church Building Fund, 821 Old Airport Road, Greenville, SC 29607.
Visitation: Tonight from 6 to 8 at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Downtown. Service: Thursday at 11 a.m. at Airport Baptist Church.
The family is at the home of Ann Meadors, 110 Banister Court, Greer.
