In the Civil War Eleazer was a Confederate Soldier. Eleazer was in a Prison Camp in New York and was released after signing an Oath of Allegiance to the United States after the war ended. But he had to walk home when he was released.

December 24, 1883 d. January 10, 1926. Susie married a Joseph Littlejohn and they had two daughters. Susie was a high school teacher and she died of appendicitis.
