ADA — Services for Weldon Gordon Killian, 81, Ada, are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Randall Christy will officiate. Burial will follow at Rosedale Cemetery.Mr. Killian died Monday, Jan. 19, 2009, at his home. He was born Jan. 16, 1928, at Roff to Tom J. and Viola Munger Killian. He married Joan Coventon Jan. 11, 1951. She died Jan. 15, 2009.Mr. Killian formerly owned and operated K and S Floor Covering Company and later built, owned and operated the Village Inn Motel and Restaurant for several years. He served in the Merchant Marines and later served in the U.S. Army.Survivors include a son, Tommy Killian and wife Leslie, Ada; one daughter, Teresa Killian, Ada; four grandchildren, Patrick Killian, Nikki Haley, Tisha Killian, and Torri Killian; and two great-grandchildren, Saylee Nelson and Braden Nelson.Bearers will be Cliff Jackson, Darrell Richardson, Johnnie Brassfield, Bob McNutt, Arnold Scott, Donald Scott, and Landon Winton.Criswell Funeral Home, Ada
