his life. . ." Col. Fouts . . . a pioneer of this State . . .
". . . member of the Ind. Legislature representing this County . . . Civil War, he organized the 137th Volunteer Inf. and was appointed Colonel. . .mustered out in 1864. In 1869, he moved to Kans., and in 1874 located at Witchita (sic) . . .
