Burial: Springtown Cemetery. Mr. Phillips lived in Azle since 1941. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church and a member of the Masonic Lodge in Azle. Survivors: Wife, Mozelle Phillips of Azle; son, James Douglas Phillips and wife Teresa of Azle; daughter, Doris Jean Jennings and husband Phil of Azle; brother, R. E.
