ANDALUSIA

BARFOOT, Henry Sheffield, 80, of Rt. 6, died in an Andalusia hospital Saturday morning. He was a retired farmer.
Services will be Sunday at 2:30 p.m. from Mt. Gilead Baptist Church with the Rev. John Wesley officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Foreman Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Mattie Belle (Howell) Barfoot; five sons, Grady W., James Andrew, and William H. Barfoot, all of Andalusia; Arthur L. Barfoot, Birmingham, and Morgan Dempsey Barfoot, Bridgeport; three daughters, Mrs. Nancy Lee Sanders, Glenwood, Mrs. Cora Frances Newberry, Pensacola, Fla., Mrs. Ethel Thomasson, Andalusia, and Mrs. Lillie Garlick, Winnebago, Minn.; 18 grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. Eula Bae Townsend, Birmingham. The body will lie in state at the funeral home and will lie in state at the church 30 minutes prior to service.
