Ida Catherine Richardson of 707 "E" Street, Springfield, passed away on March 4, 1962. She was born April 13, 1883 in Mapleton, Oregon. She was married to Emery M. Richardson on April 25, 1906 in Eugene. She was a life-long resident of the state and community. She was a member of the Christian Church. She is survived by her husband, Emery Richardson of Springfield; one son, Robert Richardson of Springfield; one daughter, Mrs. Beulah Johnson of Springfield; seven grandchildren; one brother, Forrest Hadsall of Eugene; two sisters: Mrs. Mary Barnum of Oakridge, and Mrs. Phebe Shear of Eugene; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Richard in 1949. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 7, 1962, at 2 p.m. at Buell Chapel. Rev. Wayne Osborne officiating. Interment in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
