Surviving are his wife, Kimberly Joan O'Brien Crain of Virginia Beach, daughter, Stephanie Marie Crain of Virginia Beach; his parents, Martin and Mary Lou Crain of Williamsport; and sisters, Joanne L. McCoy of Reading, Pa. and Loretta A. Carter of Winchester, Va.
