Bruce, of Vidor, passed away Thursday at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital.
He had lived in Vidor for fifty eight years, and was a retired carpenter after thirty four years with Mobil Oil Refinery. He served his country in the United States Army during WWII.
He was preceded in death by his wife Trudie Crossley, parents Jim and Lena Mae Crossley, son Harry Sutphen, brothers Sam Crossley, William Crossley, and Hubert Crossley, sisters Ella Boles, and Clara Dalton.
