Married Dec. 29, 1917, in Indianapolis, Josephine, daughter of Burton Ells- worth and Susan (Comingore) Parrott.
Children: Lewis III, William Noble, Margaret Noble Miller (William Sanford Miller) and Susan Elston Drake (Philip M Drake). Yale relatives include a brother, William N. Wallace, '17.
Death due to coronary thrombosis.
