Charity Mae Pratt Sapp, 76, died
at 10:25 a.m. Thursday at her
home at Newburg.
She was the daughter of the late
Mr. and Mrs. Amaziah Pratt, and
was born July 7, 1882, at Newburg.
Her husband, G. M. Sapp, preceded
her in death in 1956.
She had been a lifelong member
of the Newburg Community, and
was a member of the Methodist
Church of Birch Creek.
Survivors include four sons,
Okel A. and Blair W., both of
Niagra Falls, N. Y., Foster H.
of Pittsburgh and Lester V. of
Elyria, Ohio; three daughters,
Mrs. Blanche Miller of Keyser,
Mrs. Ruth McGinnis of Newburg
and Mrs. Ivia Rollins of Anchorage,
Alaska; a sister, Mrs. Flotia
Banks of Newburg; 18 grandchildren
and 14 great-grandchildren.
